Retreats and Rentals: It is our goal that your church group will be blessed by the beautiful resources of Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West for your next retreat or rental. We desire to build relationships with many of the Bible-believing churches in Western Colorado. We have found that the churches who invest in building relationship with us and participating in maintaining and improving the camp through outreach are the people that benefit the most from this ministry. If you would like to get involved by sending a group to help the camp, let us know. Realizing that different churches have different needs and budgets, we've designed three options to facilitate your weekend or midweek retreat: Option 1 - Complete Retreat Package: At this level we are providing the facility for your use, all meals, and all necessary staffing to host and maintain the facility during your stay. Meals will be served at certain times, and all you have to do is show up. Prices for this option are contingent upon how many people and how many meals, as well as any other special needs of the guest. Approximate prices are as follows: Weekend Retreat (Friday Dinner through Sunday Breakfast): * 5 meals, 3 days & 2 nights Option 2 - Facility and Meals with Your Assistance: For those who want to save some money, we offer this option that enables people within your group to help us with meal preparation and clean up. At this level, we are still providing the meals and cook, but you are providing volunteer help so we don't have to hire as many workers. This is our preferred option for most guests, and we suggest that churches simply ask people in their group to volunteer for one meal and for the entire group to clean up before they leave. That way the burden is light on everyone. Approximate prices are as follows: Weekend Retreat (Friday Dinner through Sunday Breakfast): * 5 meals, 3 days & 2 nights Option 3 - Facility Rental: This is an option available to a limited number of groups. The camp is rented at a predetermined flat fee, and the guest church provides all their own food, and does their own cooking. We ask that each group be responsible for bringing up their own spices and cooking items, plates, cups, and service. The camp will provide the cooking utensils. An additional requirement is that the renting group must leave the camp facility as clean as they found it upon arrival. Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) ministry. All gifts to the Camp are tax deductible. The Camp is not supported by any one denomination or particular
group. We are a Bible-based ministry that relies on the Lord for our continued sustanence. The Camp has a Board of Pastors who direct the vision and business affairs of the Camp. Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West is overseen by a Pastor and his family who live at the Camp year around.
